A protester who was pepper sprayed in the face by police is treated by a medic on September 4, 2008 during the last day of the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Later that evening police chased hundreds of protesters in the streets before gassing them with tear gas and exploding percussion grenades. Hundreds of people were arrested including many journalists.

Most of the charges were later dropped.
