ATLANTA, GA - SEPT 16, 2009: Former president Jimmy Carter visited Emory for his 28th annual Carter Town Hall meeting for Emory University's 1,300 freshmen. The freshman are required to attend the yearly ritual, in which Carter responds to seemingly random questions written by the students.
